If your flight to Vietnam is tomorrow and you do not have a visa, work out two things first: whether you need one, and how much time you really have. Then pick a package that fits and send your details straight away.
Many travelers need a visa before boarding, and airlines usually want the issued e-Visa, not a receipt. With no application yet, a new one runs from $50 to $215 depending on speed (single entry, government fee included). If you already applied, do not apply again: a speed-up starts at $70. Whether it finishes in time depends on the hour and the package, so no outcome can be guaranteed.

Do I need a visa for my flight tomorrow?
Most international travelers need a visa or e-Visa before they board. Some nationalities are exempt for short stays under specific conditions, and those rules change, so check your nationality and length of stay at evisa.gov.vn or with the embassy. If you do need one, the airline will usually ask for the issued approval at check-in.
Which situation am I in?
| Your situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| No application at all | Apply now with a package that fits the time left |
| Applied, still processing | Speed up the existing file. Do not apply again |
| Visa issued, but a detail looks wrong | Ask us about a correction ($85) |
| Not sure if you need a visa | Check evisa.gov.vn, or message us |
| Check-in closes in a few hours | Message us now with your flight time |
Can I still get a visa before my flight?
Often, but not always. It depends on the package, the hour and the day. Vietnam works Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 11:30 and 13:30 to 18:00 (GMT+7), so your evening may fall outside those hours. Weekends and holidays have a higher fee and different cutoffs. We tell you honestly whether it can finish before check-in closes, and we do not promise a result we cannot confirm.
Which package should I choose?
| Time until check-in closes | Package | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| A few hours | 1.5 hours / 30-60 min (if available) | $185 / $215 |
| Tonight | 5 hours / 2.5 hours | $125 / $155 |
| Tomorrow morning | 1 day | $110 |
| In 2-3 days | 2 or 3 days | $100 / $90 |
The right row also depends on Vietnam's working hours, so confirm with us before you pay.
What do I need to send?
- Passport photo page, clear, valid at least six months.
- A recent face photo, passport style, good lighting.
- Flight details, including the date you land in Vietnam.
- An email address you can check right now.
What if I already applied?
- Check your email, including spam and promotions.
- Check name, passport number and application code.
- Do not apply again. It can mean paying the government fee ($25 single / $50 multiple, non-refundable) twice.
- Message us the code and we speed up the file.
What happens if I wait until the airport?
- You may be refused at check-in, and rules vary by airline.
- A flight change may cost money.
- Hotels and tours may be lost.
- The airport desk is not a visa office: sort the e-Visa before you leave home.
What are the steps, in order?
