Acceptance of terms
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. If you object to any part of this agreement, you should not use any products or services on this site and should leave immediately.
- You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You agree not to use the site in any way that could impair its performance, damage its content, or reduce its overall functionality.
- You agree not to compromise the security of the site or attempt to access restricted areas or sensitive information.

By using our visa service, you commit not to engage in any religious, missionary, terrorist, profit-generating, or otherwise unlawful activity during your trip to Vietnam. You are solely responsible for complying with Vietnamese law at all times, for traveling strictly for the stated purpose within your visa's validity period, and for not overstaying or attempting to extend your visa improperly.
By clicking on any tour-related interest option, you agree to be referred to our trusted destination management company (DMC) partner in Vietnam to help you explore the country more fully.

Modifications
We reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without prior notice; your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking these Terms and Conditions periodically. We also reserve full rights to modify or remove any part of this website without notice or liability.
Payment
At the final payment step of your order, you will see our travel company's logo, confirming that your information is fully protected by our company and not disclosed to any third party.
Cancellations and refunds
Vietnam Immigration applies a no-refund policy for all Vietnam visas, since fees are charged based on work performed rather than visas actually issued. It is therefore critical that if you wish to cancel your application with vietnamvisaeasy.net, you contact us immediately to avoid unnecessary costs. Once your application status changes to "Payment Successful" or "Processing", or once Immigration has issued an approval letter, we are unable to refund your fee.
It is essential that you provide us with all accurate information required for the visa you're requesting, matching your intended travel date. We are not responsible for any visa issued incorrectly or for entry denial resulting from inaccurate visa information. While we make every effort to resolve visa issues before departure, we cannot issue a refund in cases where information was provided incorrectly at the time the visa was issued. We strongly recommend checking your visa confirmation against your passport and personal details before departure.
Visa on Arrival applies to air travel only — by selecting this option on our site, you confirm you will enter Vietnam by air to have your visa stamped. We do not issue refunds if you do not enter Vietnam by air after your visa has been approved.
Refunds
- If you submit an application and request cancellation before we begin processing, you'll be refunded minus a $3.00 transaction service fee.
- If your application has already been submitted and is subsequently rejected by Vietnam Immigration, no refund is issued.
Errors
Mistakes are sometimes unavoidable. We recommend double-checking all information you submit and everything shown on your approval letter.
- Processing time is counted only from when we receive your complete, confirmed final information.
- If you spot an error on your approval letter, notify us immediately by email. If we don't receive a correction request within 7 days of sending the approval letter and before your arrival, we are not liable for any application rejection, failed entry, or resulting loss.
- If you make any change — entry port, arrival date, flight details — to use an expedited service, notify us at least 4 working hours before your arrival time by email or hotline. If we receive this information too late, we'll do our best to assist, but we're not responsible for the changed information, and the service fee already paid is non-refundable.
Terminology
| Date format | mm/dd/yyyy |
| Time zone | Vietnam Standard Time — GMT+7 |
| Working days | All days except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays |
| Working hours | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–5:00 PM Vietnam time, on working days |
| Multiple/single entry | "Multiple entries" refers to multiple entries, not multiple applicants |
A multiple-entry visa allows you to enter and exit Vietnam repeatedly within a set period (1 or 3 months). Example: a 3-month multiple-entry visa allows repeated entry/exit for 3 consecutive months from your intended arrival date.
Processing time and service completion
We only process your application after payment is successfully completed.
Standard processing time for a Visa on Arrival approval letter, as set by Vietnam Immigration, is typically 3–5 working days. Working hours for visa applications are 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Notes
1. Contact: Besides email, we may contact you by mobile phone or WhatsApp in certain cases, such as failed payment, or to offer related services including airport transfers, hotels, and day tours in Vietnam managed by our travel company. Your information is kept strictly confidential by our company, used solely to best support your trip to Vietnam.
2. Emergency processing: For emergency processing requests, if we don't receive your response after delivering the result, we are not responsible for any further feedback or complaints from you afterward.
Processing time is counted only once we receive full payment and all necessary, valid information from Vietnam Immigration. If Immigration requests additional documents and this delays or results in application refusal at their discretion without further explanation, that is not our fault.
Our service is considered complete once the approval letter is sent to the email address you provided at registration. You must notify us if you don't receive it on time. If we don't receive an email from you within 7 days indicating non-receipt, the service is considered complete. We are not responsible for any delay or loss due to an incorrect email address provided by the applicant, or due to the applicant's failure to notify us by email that the approval letter wasn't received.
Force majeure
In the event of natural disasters, city-wide power outages, Vietnam Immigration system failures, disease outbreaks (such as SARS or coronavirus), sudden new government policies, or similar events preventing us from processing your emergency request within 4 or 8 working hours, or your standard request within 2 working days, we will handle it as follows:
a. For emergency cases:
- If you paid for "super-urgent" service (4 working hours) but received your result within 4–8 working hours, we'll refund the difference between the "super-urgent" and "urgent" service fees.
- If you paid for "urgent" service but did not receive your result within 8 working hours, we'll refund the difference between the "urgent" and "standard" service fees.
b. For standard/normal cases: we will assist you with a 20% fee refund.
Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or cancellation of flights, tours, or hotel bookings for your trip to Vietnam in the event your visa application is rejected by Vietnam Immigration.
Approval letter processing typically takes 4–5 working days; however, exceptions and delays may occur due to unforeseen issues, since the process depends heavily on Vietnam Immigration. We strongly recommend applying at least 1–2 weeks in advance to avoid any complications.
Approval letters are issued individually per application; however, in some cases (during peak season or for emergency processing requests), Immigration may issue approval letters collectively for all applicants arriving at the same time or on the same date, at their own discretion. If you require a separate approval letter, please email us at support@vietnamvisaeasy.net.
e-Visa
Vietnam's electronic visa (e-Visa), issued by Vietnam Immigration, currently applies to all nationalities and territories. You may apply for the e-Visa yourself, or use our e-Visa service to ensure and speed up processing.
Our service includes:
- Consultation and complete required information
- Assistance completing the online application form
- Receiving your e-Visa result and notifying you
We are not responsible for any unlawful activity you engage in while in Vietnam.
Special notes
- Visa validity: 1 or 3 months, single or multiple entry.
- Purpose: Tourism only. Work, teaching/training, volunteering, conferences, religious/missionary activity, or any unlawful activity unrelated to tourism is not permitted.
- Once all information on your e-Visa application is complete, processing time begins counting from Vietnam working hours. Check all information carefully to avoid issues — you are responsible for any problems arising from information you provided.
- The entry port on your e-Visa is fixed — you may not use it at a different airport/border. Make sure you select the correct entry port.
- The e-Visa system currently receives a high volume of applications, so delays or refusals may occur without refund. We'll notify and advise you of solutions if this happens.
- Once your e-Visa is approved, check it carefully and notify us of any errors at least 5 working days before your arrival.
- Do not purchase flight tickets to Vietnam until you have received your e-Visa.
