Missed guaranteed delivery — for emergency tiers (1h/2h/5h etc.), a partial or full refund applies if we don't deliver within the committed window, depending on the delay
Visa couldn't be issued through no fault of yours — an internal system error or an unexpected Vietnam Immigration restriction unrelated to your personal background qualifies for a full refund
❌ Not eligible for refund
Already processed — once your application has been submitted to Vietnam Immigration, the service fee is non-refundable since government processing costs are already incurred
Incorrect or incomplete information you provided — if your visa is delayed, rejected, or invalid due to inaccurate details or missing documents you submitted
Visa already issued — once your approval letter or e-Visa has been delivered, the service is considered complete, even if your travel plans change
