Tips to Avoid Delays with Urgent Visas
Even with rapid processing, you must:
-
Double-check passport details – spelling errors delay approval.
-
Use a valid email – delivery issues can waste valuable time.
-
Apply during Vietnam working hours – urgent services work best Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM (GMT+7).
-
Keep your phone/email active – in case the visa agent needs additional information.
Common Mistakes Australians Make
-
Uploading low-quality passport scans – unreadable images may cause rejection.
-
Incorrect date of entry – Vietnam eVisas are date-specific.
-
Paying late at night (Vietnam time) – may push approval into the next morning.
-
Using unverified visa websites – scams are common; always verify before payment.
